What can I say about one of the long time top realtors in the Lake Oconee, Georgia area? Alan is "honest" and knows the market. I dealt with him in 1999 when we bought a house on Lake Oconee and then the following year when we sold our other house on the lake. He is not 'pushy' but aggressive enough to penetrate an extremely slow market. I have never known of him to say "what a buyer or seller wants to hear" which is important to me.
