My husband and I had an investment property that we decided to sell. We knew it could potentially be a difficult sale as it was in a bad economy and during the Christmas holiday season. We contacted Rich and Donna and requested their expertise as Realtor’s. They looked at the property and gave suggestions on staging as it was a large home and were optimistic about selling it. There were a lot of showings in a short period and within a couple of weeks we had a solid offer and contract on the property. There were some negotiation points with a few minor repairs and Rich did a fantastic job with the buyer’s Realtor in moving the sale forward. The closing worked out without a hitch! We found Rich and Donna to always be prompt in helping with decisions and the communication very professional.

Rich & Donna are a great team! I worked with them briefly a couple years ago and most recently Rich & Donna helped us sell our house. One of the things I most appreciated about Rich & Donna was that we were never left wondering what was going on with the process of our sale. Even when nothing was happening Rich would call and give us updates. We felt confident that Rich had our best interest at heart and took much of the stress out of our decision to sell our home. On a personal note...I love Rich & Donna's sense of humor too! It was a joy to work with them and would do it again!
