We worked with Allison from the Chris Fritch team and couldn't be happier. These guys are pros! We were on a limited budget but were very particular about the home we were buying, which I know makes for a difficult client, but we never got that vibe from Allison. She was always available if we had any questions and was very accommodating when it came to showing us potential homes. Allison held our hands through the whole process and made us feel like family. She treated us like we were her only clients, although I know that was definitely not the case. After a a long search that felt like 100 house visits, we finally found one that we knew was home. It was a HUD home that certainly had more legalities than a conventional sale, but Allison navigated them like a pro. She understood the rules governing those types of sales and made sure the correct improvements were made prior to the closing date.
When it came time to actually close the deal, Allison went to bat for us again. After some very costly items were hidden in our closing documents Allison sniffed them out and called out the lender on these "additions" and prompted him to make the corrections. In the end it saved us thousands at the closing table, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. We made a couple of quick home improvements and got the house re appraised and the value skyrocketed. This was all because she used her good market/client analysis after the initial goose chase we sent her on, and she eventually pointed us in the right direction to a very sought after area.
If you're looking to buy or sell I would absolutely recommend these guys. They know what they're doing and they will walk you through a very confusing and overwhelming process

This was a great experience. I worked with John Schmidt on the Chris Fritch Team and felt he only had my best interests in mind. He was extremely responsive and listened to my needs. The houses we looked at were all what I had described I wanted. We were looking for a home in John's area but were currently a long ways away, so John previewed homes for us and provided his feedback.
