Any question that I had she had the answer. she help me switch from FHA to USDA when my bank didn't even inform me about that, helped me switch lenders and ultimately made my first time home buyer experience really simple. The hardest part of buying a house in Maricopa was finding a Realtor who would actually return your phone calls, wasn't dishonest / untrustworthy, would take you seriously since I am a young buyer, and was more interested in finding you the right home.
Finally, I met Tammy. She was my lucky number 13 and the perfect fit! She was a breath of fresh air and immediately took action to find the right home. When I found the right one, the builder, Mint Homes was the builder from hell who loves to play games. Tammy was professional through the whole ordeal and was always on top of everything that was going on. More importantly she keeps very detailed notes regarding the transaction in the even you need them later on, which I did.
Tammy goes the extra mile no matter whether you are a new client (1st time buyer like I was or a long-term client) she treats everyone equally.

Im not trying to make it seem more than what our experience with Tammy was, but it was down right perfect. She saved us after a nightmare with two other agents we had hired. She did in two weeks what a local husband and wife team couldn't do in six months. It was nothing short of a miracle. I really don't know how she did it , but she did and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We whole heartedly recommend her 100 %.

Tammy assisted my husband and I to purchase our home in Maricopa. She was willing to go the extra mile for us. Our situation was a little different then most as we lived in California and were looking to buy a house in AZ. We went driving in the areas just looking and we called her on a Saturday in regards to one of the houses that had her name and phone # on it and within 10 minutes she called us back. We explained that we were from in town from California and were inquiring about the house. I couldn't believe it. The next words out of her mouth were "I can meet you there in an hour to show it to you if you would like". Wow on a Saturday that was great.

My husband and I decided that she is the one that we would go through to purchase our home. She was not pushy in any way. We asked questions about the house we were interested in and she made arrangements with the selling realitor to go see it for us. She obtained all our answers, took pictures and the house was exactly as we saw it on the website. We made an offer site unseen and we love our home.
