After having my house listed for four years, I listed my home with the John Vining, he gave me honest feedback on comps and what he felt was a fair market price. He was thorough with me on where my home would be listed, marketing he would put behind and only asked for a 3 month contract so that I could decide after that if I felt he was a good fit.
