Eric Helmers rocks..... He found us our home with very little to go on and even less on the market to choose from at the time we purchased. He was very attentive, caring and supportive throughout the entire process from start to finish. He also went above and beyond the day of our closing when we had received proceeds from the title company to cover repairs from the seller and while driving down the road, the check blew out the window. Embarrassed, we called Eric and explained what happen and he took it upon himself to speak with the title company and make arrangements for us to get a new check Two days later Eric called us with a replacement check. His service is 5 stars and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor with a strong work ethic, awesome negotiation skills and someone looking out for your needs.
