Hi Bob. There aren't  many of these loans out there, but we have a Physician Loan Program that is fairly lenient. Only one of the borrowers must be at least a Medical Resident. The max loan amount is $850,000 with only 10% down. So a max purchase price of $944,444. There is a Minimum 700 fico required. Borrowers only need 5% of their own funds. The rest can be gifted per standard conventional guidelines, and a 6% seller assist is allowed. Also, only 3 month's reserves are required. Standard mortgage insurance applies. Nice product all the way around. We are licensed in North Dakota but I'm not sure if we offer this product there. If you have a need for the product, and can't find it locally, let me know, and I'll be happy to look into it for you.

Thanks Kathy. I see you are in God's Country. At least that's what I called it 20 years ago when I drove through the state all the way up to Ashland on vacation. Beautiful Country.

Hi Kat. I posted some of the details about the Doctor Loan to Bob above, just in case you missed it. And btw, I love your tag line, "The House Kat".  Pretty cool.
