Just before the end of the year, Parker opened a new ice skating "ribbon" near the new library. It's drawn a lot of attention. I bet there will be a lot of "first dates" there! Happy New Year!

This event is generally well attended. We're supposed to have nice weather so I'm sure the streets will be lined with spectators!
