Good morning Dorie! Thank you. I abosolutely agree. I have been "scolded" so to speak about focusing on buyers so much, but I agree, that with great service and great follow-up, you have that possibility when they choose to upgrade/move and they will choose me to list.

I have been checking in with clients, but, to be honest, I have failed in asking them their preferred method of communication outright. I have followed their lead, so to speak. Thanks for bringing this to my attention- something that I will change!

The videos I am doing are VERY short! I probably 20 sec or less. So far, really just a quick thank you to leads that respond to a post/ad etc. Thank you for your advice, it is truly appreciated.
