I love our country and I know others do also. Moving to Canada just isn't a good option, but if they do I will be happy to sell thier home.
George I agree with you, totally. Rising interest rates will mean the economy is improving. This will eventually bring a better employment opportunities and higher wages. We just have to be patient since wages and job growth are lagging indicators to a strong economy.
Bob, we will always be ok. People will always need housing and those who are informed can structure their business to take advantage of future market.

Patricia, Thanks for you comments. I don't think that at all. I think he will actually make the economy stronger. We should see inflation which will make house prices rise. In addition, we should see interest rate rise which will reduce the buying power of our clients. This is designed to motivate them to buy sooner rather than later.
My daughter lives in Bucks County. She just graduated Penn State a couple of years ago. It is so pretty up there.
