Hello Lisa Von Domek .  There are times the extra work seems a bit much.  As of yet I have not tired of it.  The four seasons here seem to give a nenewed appreciation of a new season ahead.  Mark

Hello Debbie,  Extremely reasonalbe prices.  I feel Schweitzer still a hidden gem when considering ski resort condo's or homes.  Added bonus of Sandpoint City and Lake Pend Oreille only 9 miles down the hill.  Year round fun for the less price than what most ski condo's sell with no lake near by.  Thanks for stopping by Debbie Laity , always good to hear from you.  M
