Thank you Bob.  It was a very successful open house and as of yesterday we are already under contact!

Thank you Richard.  We did indeed have a great turnout with over 100 people at the open house despite the rain.  Many agents cancelled their open houses due to the weather, but we went though with ours and are now under contract.
