It may not be the most professional sounding nickname, but it did create a number of first time home buyer and investor clients over the years since it started conversations about investing in real estate.

Previously, one of my cars had "IDNUHMZ" for Idaho New Homes. It was fun watching people trying to read it and guess what the heck it meant.
I bought my wife "MY3SONZ" when she got her cherry red Monte Carlo Pace Car so all the guys would know if they chased her and caught her, she came with excess baggage (grin). Actually it was a testimonial to our three sons who are now young men, so we might let someone else enjoy that tag next.
