Hello Dorte.   I agree, meeting in the office first to develop a strategy is a great idea - for both the buyer prospects and yourself.   It will save a lot of time when looking for homes.   

Laura, that is extremely true.   With the guy that has been "harrassing" the Realtors in Colorado, it sounds like he was a jerk.   

Even if he wasn't dangerous or a liar, we will have a much more productive day is we CHOOSE  to let someone else deal with the less desirable fish.
