I didn't. The bonus about your challenge is that I'm getting to learn who some of our other art lovers are. Thank you!!!!
Thank you Gwen!!! I too just learned about Jeff's gallery.
It would be great to have you visit.
Granted, at the exact moment I'm feeling like my art it is kind of picked out. I didn't expect the art part of the business to do as well as it has.
Hi Sheile. Thank you. It's been fun yet added a few more time management issues.
I hope that you have an amazing April
Oh wow... thanks for the link. I'll have to check it out. I hope that you have a great week.
Thanks Jeff!
How cool that you had a gallery also.
Lack of space can create problems when collecting.
Yet, starting a gallery gives me more space AND allows me to justify shopping and making more purchases.
I hope that you have a great week.
Hi Sondra Meyer:
We had a great time getting to know lots of different artists, deciding who to feature and what to sell, setting up the exhibitions, doing the marketing/PR and the website, and meeting lots of people.
It was not our own collection, but I admit we bought a few for ourselves. We have a loft in our house where we store probably 60 paintings, with another dozen in a closet.
We switch stuff around from time to time which is always fun. We had a larger house when we first moved here, and back in Boston had a beach house which allowed us to hang so much more.
We will have to start getting rid of some things since we know our kids likely don't want most of it, and some pieces are things that just don't excite us anymore.
Thank you Lottie, It has been fun.
You are welcome. "Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" is one of my all time favorite songs. So, I'm really glad you enjoyed.
Thanks Dale. Book Smart is fun for a bit. Yet, I don't think I would want to look at him on a regular basis. P.S - now that the weather is warming up, we need to get out and take some pictures soon. I hear that Rainbow Falls will officially re-open this weekend. That is one place close by that I have not photographed yet.
Endre, is he still into art? (I guess I should jump to his page and ask him directly!)
