Yep. My parents once bought a house and the sellers took the light fixtures so there were wires hanging down from the ceiling in each room.

Sheri - I know what you mean. I've done final walk-throughs in houses of all conditions. In my area, it says the home must be "broom swept with debris removed." Some clients take that as the minimum and others the maximum they will do veore leaving.

Absolutely! I had another walk-through the next day and the sellers left light bulbs, refrigerator filters and HVAC filters for my buyers and they were so happy and asked me if all sellers are so kind to their buyers. I wished I could honestly have answered with a yes.
