Having a coach is great! I've really been thinking about getting one myself. I've also been thinking about going to the pool 2 days a week to add something new to my weekly workouts.

Thanks Kathy! That is a great tip. I've been cutting sweets as apart of my healthy eating plan but knowing it will help with hot flashes is a big BONUS. LOL
