As the answers to a great extent lie with the specific lender being utilized by a borrower, I can only speak for myself Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP.  And as the majority of lenders still now use the OLD model, I'd say little will change until you see that changing.  Personally, with my clients at APMC, there is no change at this time ...

I think, as an industry, our focus should be on the building and maintaining of good credit/debt habits Shirley Coomer  While having this info is of some help, trying to react to it really diminishes the message a consumer should be getting, IMO.  Hammering the lessons surrounding good credit hygiene (Dorte's terminology above) really produces much better results in the long haul ...
