Tammy, thanks. I have been posting on my website - several hundred posts there dealing with aging in place and universal design issues - many are relevant to real estate sales. Thanks and be well. Steve
James, hello from the past! Hope you are remaining well in these current conditions. Thanks. Steve
Michael, appreciate the "hello." Good hearing from you - through Grant's post.
High Nina. I was very active for many years then went a different direction. Thanks for saying hello. Steve
Hello, Barbara. Thanks for remembering. Don't have an active real estate business (i.e. sales) except for the renovations aspect of it through aging in place. Steve
Hello Wayne, just escaped Chicago (did classes there) when the quarantines began. Always good hearing from you. Steve
What a great idea!
Kat, congratulations on getting your SRES - section 4 in that curriculum deals with aging in place. I teach a 3-day program for the National Association of Home Builders leading to the Certified Aging In Place Specialist designation that goes into much more detail, and I've just completed the draft on 21 Ways To Make Money as a Certified Aging In Place Specialist that will be released as soon as I can get it recorded and posted.
Yes, Steve Hoffacker - the course did deal with Aging in Place. I started doing some research about companies that deal with those issues here in my area but then I got distracted by other work items. I have to get back to that. Look forward to reading more from you.
Hi, Brian. Lou and I were good friends dating back into the early 90s. Steve
Ron and Alexandra, good to see you here again. Thanks. Steve
Beth, a fellow Floridian. Thanks for remembering. Steve
Endre, it's good to reach out and reconnect with people that we have not been in touch with for a while - especially at this time. Thanks.
