Andrew I could not agree more.

I have heard agents from other offices say they are getting out of the business, "I have nothing to do" "I am borded". I am going to need a vacation from our vacation. Our office did more bus. in March of 2020 then all of the 1st quarter of 2019 and we are still making things happen todays challenges are just speed bumps in the road of life.
