I've decided I'm going to have a sundae for dinner tonight.  And, that will be it for the remainder of the day!

I actually love time spent like this.  Some folks are uncomfortable dining alone.  I've never had that problem!

We have Safe and Sane fireworks that are legal here in California.  I suspect there will be a lot of those shot off by neighbors this evening.  What was keeping me awake last night were the more boistrous illegal ones.

It was a good nap!  I love how the illegal fireworks are acting as an alarm clock the last couple days!

Making the best of it was on my mind when I thawed all 4 lobsters!  And, the way they were clutching to each other in their frozen state, I think they were telling me that too!

I suspect tonight will be a warzone too.  My neighbor across the street spent a good part of the morning cleaning out his garage, and setting up a barbeque, and socially distanced chairs in his driveway.  They always have plenty of safe and sane fireworks.  I suspect I'll feel a little more of the spirit before too long now!

Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR  - I halve the Brussel sprouts, drizzle a little Olive Oil over them, add Garlic Salt, and Grated Parmesan Cheese.  I place them on a cookie sheet and put in the broiler until tender.
