Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS - You're welcome. In this business we're in, it's so easy to get hung up on property values. What people need to know is that they are valued too. It's not always about the rah! rah! for new listings and sales. It's about learning to celebrate and appreciate the people on earth. The ones we encounter in life.
OMG. I'm speechless after the story you recounted about the Feng Shui specialist. I've worked with one before and I've never heard a story like that! There's something very wrong with it. Scaring owners to death is not a part of any business model I'm familiar with.
P.S. I remember having to paint over red walls when I bought my co-op.
Those cascading lights sparkled a pleasant conversation.
Steffy Hristova - Cascading lights are so beautiful and make great conversation starters too! I'm so glad we rarely see florescent lights anymore.
Yours are so pretty!
Hi Patricia it's cloudy in Phoenix today and we're all hoping for at least a little rain! Enjoy!
Anna Banana Kruchten Arizona's Top Banana! - I has been cloudy and rainy the past few days, including now! But I'm not complaining a bit. My heart goes out to the people in Texas on the Gulf coast. The Hurricanes caused major flooding.
Let's continue to enjoy all the goodness that comes our way and be mindful of those less fortunate.
If there was a heart emoji, I'd put 3 here :) Back atcha girl!
Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP hi Patricia... as I'm always saying to people... the front door is front prospective buyers are focused on as their agent is getting the key out of the lockbox. It's the very first impression.
