Patricia, never stop posting here.  You're one of the best ones said Brian L. Sirota, Esq. or similar word choice some months back, maybe last year.  A compliment that rings true on many levels.  The peer-to-peer impact of AR must be as great as the broker/agent to customer/client, IMHO.
