I wanted to get your feedback on what you have witnessed regarding return of investment in Staging a home to sell. I understand as Stagers we usually refer the client to our Realtor Partners for guidance on pricing, but would like to hear what you think regarding this topic. Also, if you have a philosophy regarding pricing a home. Do you price more or less than the competition in the area?
