This past week, I attended the annual Hawaii Wealth Summit. It was held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village with somewhere around 200 registered. One subject was Short Term Memory Loss. The presenter was Doug Bench, considered among the world's foremost Brain Science experts. He taught us that the brain can be trained.
Did you know that 5/6 of the brain is Non-conscious and it's the 1/6 conscious portion that we can use to train the brain if we want to make changes in our lives? Repeat things you want to retain in your mind. Repetition can help "hold" things in your short … (5 comments)
