Being thankful for Living Having been in the ups and downs of the Honolulu Real Estate Business, I am so thankful for all the customers and clients that have passed before us. My wife, Vanessa is a God Send! She has been by my side and been a helpful blessing for the past 39 years! We remark that no day is the same.

There are a multitude of events and occasions where taking a Christmas photo was as many say in Hawaii "Da Bes". This year has been wonderful for Christmas Decorations in Honolulu Hawaii. As in the the majority of the western world, Christmas is a major celebration and we say "Mele Kalikimaka" also a Hawaiian song written in 1949 by Robert Alex Anderson and sung by Bing Crosby.

Asking for your input. Even though, over the years, our company rarely had Escrow Companies do anything extra other than processing closing services, it seems that many Realtors had them do their post cards, do email blasts and even pay for their media presence including radio and television. Well, now there are No Free Escrow Kickbacks and Services Oahu Hawaii as a Nationwide requirement by RESPA (Real Estate Settlement and Proceedures Act).
Recently received was an email from the Hawaii Land Title Association with a link to the attached letter. In excerpt, the letter said (read it) ..............
