real estate core fundamentals: In fairness, real estate – NOT a NUMBERS game - 12/14/06 07:13 AM
When I started reading about the different "systems" which real estate gurus teach, some scripts seem unnatural to me while some "methodologies" do not fit my personality or personal goals. There are nothing wrong with these systems because I know many agents have done very well with them. But definitely not me!
Some try to treat real estate transactions as if it was a numbers game: Be excited about rejections because so many rejections will turn into so many "leads", so many leads will turn into how many transactions, and how many transactions will turn into this many successful closed transactions.
