What are you doing here without a plan?
We all need a plan to succeed. Your plan will differ from other associates, and rightly so. Your strengths are somewhat like a snowflake where no one else will have the same composition that you do. The commonality of most successful agents is that they've taken the time to write their plan down. It's hard to comprehend why so many of us don't have a business plan.
