great fit: Think Thin Thursday ~ What Else Do You Need?

Thinking back to my early days of gym workouts it was always a buddy thing. We push each other to lift more or do more reps at each workout. Logging everything we did to have a path to show where we had been. It was a lot simpler then. A t-shirt and some gym shorts were all we needed along with Chuck Taylor high tops. Now we have high performance fabrics, underwear, copper infused everything, compression fit clothes and of course fashion inspiration in our garb. One piece of equipment which is often overlooked is our shoes or more specifically our (5 comments)
