Downsizing can be difficult for many, it's tough to let go of the "stuff" of our lives. Once committed you may wish to have an independent party come in and Stage your new mini abode. You always have the ability to decorate it yourself, given enough time is allotted or just let the family put their touches into what they feel is proper and correct. One of the most interesting things about this business is that you will eventually unwittingly become an expert on the wants and needs of people when it comes to their residences.
