When you have doubts that no one is looking or that people don't see what you write it's time to get out into the traffic and take a closer look. Yes, there are books written about proper blogging etiquette. Readers may even send you private messages advising that you're supposed to do this or do that when comments are received on your posts. There will always be those that need conformity and structure to disseminate the world around them in an orderly and meaningful way. When you disrupt the status quo there's always the possibility of becoming an outsider.
