Whenever the holidays come around there's always the fear of not having enough food, the right kind of food, burning the food or in some way just messing up the food. You remember those lumpy mashed potatoes you made back in '91. The still frozen turkey you forgot to defrost in '03. The green beans that had the mold on them and you ended up throwing them away.
