Android users have nearly four million apps to choose from while Apple fans are at about half of that with two million. Those numbers lead me to believe that these miniaturized programs are here to stay. I've chosen some that are actually useful and will get you in gear for a healthier self. My issue of late has been getting a good night's sleep. 5 hours in total would be good but I'd prefer more than 7 if possible. Experimentation began a couple of weeks ago with melatonin.
