Certain activities are so much fun that you don't even realize how much of a workout they really are. I used to ski competitively at the University of Miami. Yes, people Coral Gables is alive and coming back! When I was young all of my friends had boats and Dads that were willing to pay for gas to keep them running. Sometimes the whole day would be spent water skiing and when one boat was emptied the next became our ski boat.
