you are fired: "You're Fired!" Two Words You Almost Never Hear Uttered to a Buyer

No one likes to hear these two words especially if directed towards themselves. I have a suspicion that even reading them in this title was somewhat subdued. It can take years or decades to come to the realization that your Buyer must be let go. You know they're not going to put that offer in and you've given them all the real estate knowledge you contain but still no signature. That's the most common example of those that don't or won't ever feel comfortable buying a property. It's not for everybody! Generally at any given time I am working with anywhere between (3 comments)
