Brevard Realtors have reduced the inventory of homes and condos to less than 30% of the highest inventory levels in 2007! See Brevard Market Trends. In each category we are nearing a balanced market so long as the banks do not dump a wave of foreclosures, which they are strongly incentivized not to do.
