northern kentucky: Listing your home in Northern Kentucky? Look for experience! - 06/13/14 10:14 PM
Hire an Experienced Real Estate Agent
Real estate is an industry where no amount of training can fully prepare an agent for the job at hand. It is a "trial by fire" industry. The main barrier to entry of taking weeks of classes to pass the state real estate exam are there to help pass a test, not training on selling real estate.
When you are choosing an agent to help you buy or sell a home in Northern Kentucky, that agent's experience should be perched close to the top of the priority list. You don't want a rookie agent who … (0 comments)

northern kentucky: Northern Kentucky Real Estate - Most Agents Don't Communicate Well - 06/12/14 09:11 PM

It is a common heard complaint, "My Realtor listed my house and never called me", or the classic "She only called when she wanted a price reduction".
When in search of the right Northern Kentucky Realtor … (0 comments)

northern kentucky: Where do most physicians live in Northern Kentucky? - 02/18/13 12:15 AM
Where do the doctors live in Northern Kentucky?
There is not magic number for price point for physicians who buy homes in the Northern Kentucky area, however, location is a big factor. The main medical centers for Northern Kentucky are Edgewood (St. Elizabeth Hospital), Florence (St. Elizabeth West) and Ft. Thomas (St. Elizabeth East), but for St. Elizabeth, medical centers are also located in Grant County, Covington, and Falmouth, KY.
Since the area is very easy to navigate and spread out, there are several locations that I have noticed that physicians tend to be drawn to. Since the main medical center is located … (1 comments)

NORTHERN KENTUCKY - The real estate market in 2012 was a definite improvement over 2011 in number of homes sold and average sales price. We are inching our way towards a real estate market in equilibrium.
