North Carolina has a lot ot offer! I moved from California and was worried there wouldn't be enough outdoor activities and also was concerned about temperate weather. Well, after living here sine 2006 I can tell you I did not need to worry! There are beaches, mountains, swamps and all kinds of things to do. Desert is the only thing missing. I did a little backpacking and trout fishing in Linville Gorge Wilderness. 
North Carolina is expected to grow by 100,000 per year. Most of those are relocating to the Raleigh/Durham and Chapel HIll areas also known as the Triangle. The combination … (1 comments)

When I moved to Cary NC the relocating process was expensive. I can help you reduce the cost of relocating to Cary or Raleigh.

Like many of you I started my search online but found bits and pieces of relocation information.  Most websites I visited were old and outdated and boasted about how great they were instead of providing what I needed- relocation information for Cary and Raleigh. The real estate agent I hired did not provide useful information except printed brochures that were outdated and available from a stand at the local grocery store.

Rates improved today following bearish remarks from Fed Governer Dennis Lockhart. This is great news if you are relocating to Cary or the Triangle and buying a home. The House Appropriations Commitee approved the Housing and Urban Development budget for 2010. This includes an extension of loan limits as defined by the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  This means borrowers in high cost areas will continue to use GSE/HUD funding up to $729,750 (for the areas that are approved of course).
