So;my lovely wife and care taker is also my partner in R.E. ...I am a broker doing this almost 8 years with lots of experience in many different facets of real estate transaction processes; at least in New jersey. I have noticed 7 of 10 homes if not more that I go to are vacated....The prices are very unstable as a better more updated home will sell for less $$$ (Bank Owned)...they love hard money :)__----, smoking Cigars in their big fancy jets and automobiles..

Live along this guide line and everything should be ok. Its easy to get wrapped up in the Real estate game but as Realtors don't forget your ethical responsibility and as a human being always be kind to your brothers and sisters.

After 6+ months of waiting ,no communication with the negotiator except when the BPO was done and when the negotiator responded with a final counter of 185k. Christmas Eve with their counter we Said heck yea as you cant see all the beatiful river views of this Mother/daughter home but the homes across the street are Million dollar homes. This first time buyer really took a chance by fronting the money for inspections appraisels,C/O etc. etc. inn the end his and my risks really paid off and he was awarded a great home at a fantastic price. Lots of head aches and working (0 comments)
