I read this article and really wanted to share it as so many people ask me "whats that going up on the Corner of US1 and Camino?" ... welll here is the answer in a nut shell which will be great for home values in the surrounding areas such as Camino Gardens and Camino Lakes neighborhoods !!! I am really excited to see what happens in Camino Gardens....

Someone elses loss could be your gain. A worry free home that was rebuilt to last the homeowner forever as he never planned on moving. 1 1/2 yrs later thing change and he has decided to relocate with his partner to ggeener pastures. This house is a great buy. Its on my street on I can see it frommy window. its extremley well kept as is the whole street. Silver Ridge neighborhood established in 64' is close to GSP, The Hospital,down down district....yoiu name it its 5 minutes away. Super location!!!!! Super home!!!! Now I just need some super neighbors!!!
