short sales: National Housing Solutions for Short Sales

I have dealt with National Housing Solutions on two Short Sales that an investor we had the listings for wanted to utilize. I was wondering if any of you out there had dealt with them. We just closed one file that they were involved in on Friday. Normally I like to have control on the Short Sales, and I had none of these two.
