Our point is simple... for those ready to sell their home there is no need to wait buyers are quite active in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho market. So don’t delay in longer.  It’s list or lose. What are you waiting for?

albuquerque real estate: October Snow on Sandia Mountain Looks Like Powdered Sugar - 10/10/11 06:35 PM
Our first October Snow on Sandia Mountain Looks Like Powdered Sugar.  This years Albuquerque Balloon festival was a huge success,  the weather for the first weekend was absolutely gorgeous and the balloons flew perfectly inside of the “Box” with ease and grace. This past weekend was a different story, the winds of change blew in our first real cold front, rain and yes snow on the 10,600’ Sandia’s.  What a beautiful backdrop for the balloons that were able to fly although for a much shorter time this past Saturday and Sunday.  I wish I had been on the balloon field to … (25 comments)

This special place and the petroglyph art shares the stories of an ancient past.  The images left behind were created by slowly pecking through the outer layer of rock and leaving a lighter color stone showing through.  The art and stories they tell have survived over 3,000 years for us all to see, enjoy and reflect on.  Some of the petroglyph art were created much later around the 1700’s when Spanish colonist came through leaving images of crosses, horses and domesticated animals.  Archaeologist claim to have explained  … (8 comments)
