Cure Thanksgiving stress and anxiety remember the real reason for the holiday season it’s not about you. Reach out to someone less fortunate, adopt a family (you can contact a local agency in your town for a name.) Practice random acts of kindness and never try to determine if someone is deserving, God will work that out. Volunteer at a shelter.
