What goes on in the garden.......

The beauty of pollination is amazing! The hummingbird doing rolls chasing a bee is not to be missed.  Be sure to watch closely (around 2 min 40 sec) and check out the baby bat under its mother.
If you never knew what goes on in the garden when you aren't paying attention.  Watch this - some of the finest photography you will ever see.

Double Delight Stop And Smell The Roses

The calendar may say it’s the last full day of Summer but Debbie’s Double Delight Roses are loving life.  In this crazy world we live in it’s so easy to forget to stop and smell the roses along the way.  Glad I took the time today and hope you do as well.

Mountain Lion or Kitty Cat

Which are you when it comes to online marketing a Mountain Lion or Kitty Cat?  Kitty Cat’s have attitude but are on the lazy side napping in the sun at every opportunity.  The Mountain Lion on the other hand is always on the prowl staying on top of their game, waiting for the next opportunity to exercise their skills.  So which are you, Mountain Lion or Kitty Cat?

New Mexico Field of Gold

It's the simple things in life such as a beautiful New Mexico field of gold that catch our eye.  Making us slow down, reflect and say thank you for all the countless blessings we have.  Many think New Mexico offers no beauty but beauty is in the eye of the beholder and Debbie and I found this New Mexico field of gold stunning.

New Mexico Mountain Jay

While in Toas NM last weekend Debbie and I totally relaxed and enjoyed Mother Nature.  Including this beautiful and very illusive New Mexico Mountain Jay.  We had taken birdseed with us in hopes of drawing the wild birds to our deck.  It worked and we enjoyed many feathered friends that visited our bird diner.

Blazing Albuquerque Sunset

The Albuquerque area is blessed with amazing sunsets.   On any given day we watch the sky for Mother Nature's brilliant show.  Looking to the west you will see the sky begin turning pink changing to orange and then a blazing mixture of colors.  Just another reason we love living in the high desert of Albuquerque.

nature: Thankful for amazing views high atop New Mexico - 11/11/12 10:15 AM
The photo below was taken from high atop the Sandia Mountain Range in central New Mexico. The peak of the range is approximately 10,368 feet.  It is not the highest peak in New Mexico that is reserved for Wheeler peak to the north at 13,167’.  However the views from the top of the Sandia Mountain are impressive. I'm so Thankful for amazing views from high atop New Mexico

nature: Whopping Crane on the Tennessee - 11/10/12 07:31 AM
This beautiful Whooping Crane grabbed our attention as we made a stop along the Tennessee River on our return trip from the South.  This very sleek and stealthy bird knew at all times of our presence.  Just after this shot he plunged in for a quick catch and meal.  We truly enjoy taking in the simple things of life especially those of nature.  Take the time to appreciate the beauty that surrounds you, it was provided for us all to enjoy!

Garden Spider
Motivational Monday
On this Motivational Monday this beautiful Garden Spider made me stop and think just how hard this spider has to work to survive.  We often times complain about what we do for a living or how hard we must work to put a roof over our heads, feed the family, bring in the necessary income.  In reality we may not have it nearly as hard as the average Garden Spider.

This past weekend my wife and I enjoyed a stroll through the Albuquerque Bosque (Cottonwood Forest) at the peak of her colors.  The sky was a deep blue and the leaves a brilliant gold.  The sounds of the leafy crunch and the aging Rio Grande wondering by were mesmerizing.  We know Albuquerque Inside and Out!  Give us call with you're real estate needs.  We're Albuquerque Homes Realty at www.AlbuquerqueHomes.com.

Don't Dump Garbage In NM Waters
Robert Gilbert reminds us that we only get one chance to take care of Mother Earth.  NM's ponds, lakes and Rio Grande are not dumping grounds.  We should remember they are not dumping grounds rather homes for our NM wildlife.
Pond with Wildlife is not a Garbage DumpThe Office building where my full time job as a CPA resides is in Cypress Texas and is just northwest of Houston. I drive through this area almost every day. I am very familiar with the whole area and I definitely will work the entire area for my real … (0 comments)

A week or so ago my husband Scott and I were out previewing homes in Las Sendas a multiple award winning Master Planned Community in the East Valley. Every part of Las Sendas is well thought out and beautifully exectuded.
We stopped to make some photographs on and around the golf course, (consistently rated in the top 10 in the valley), and as … (0 comments)
