I attended my neighbor's Little League game last night at Burt Gillette Park. It was a tournament playoff game and it was being played on the grandstand ball field. That was great for us fans because that meant we were in the shade and it was still very warm last night at 6 pm! (There are three other ball fields that don't have covered bleachers.) As I sat there with my friend and watched her grandson play, she remarked what a great facility this is. It caused me to pause and compare it to the minor league baseball stadiums … (4 comments)
