It’s hard to believe, but another year has come and gone, and it’s time once again for Pensacola’s Pelican Drop Celebration! It’s the premiere New Year’s event on the Gulf Coast, and it happens right in our backyard. Patrons, residents, and visitors from all over the southeast will be lining Palafox Street in Downtown Pensacola, and this year promises to be the best ever! family: Saenger Theatre’s Classic Movie Series Returns!

The historic Saenger Theatre’s Summer Classic Movie Series returned on Saturday, July 28th at 7:00 pm with 42nd Street. Produced in 1933, it’s a story of unrequited love in a simpler time. All seats are $5.00 and you can purchase a Movie Ten-Pack for $40 that can be used in any combination for any movie or any number of guests for one movie. If you missed the movie last Saturday, never fear! Show Boat airs this Saturday, and the classic movie series runs through September 15th!
