steve morris: EXIT makes a difference

I started my Real Estate career in October 2004 with EXIT. My roster code begins with 12031 and we are over 40***+. For those of you with EXIT you know what a roster code is. Some of you probably have sponsored more people than I have but I how good does it feel to get the phone call that I have a residual check in the office? I can't explain it. For those of you who aren't familiar with EXIT, Let me explain the concept. · 70/ 30 Split · 10% Residual Income · 7% Retirement (who else offers this to agents) · 5% Beneficiary (3 comments)
