I want to start off by saying that I know and agree that this topic has literally been beat to death. It has been the topic of discussion across the Country for many months now. The stimulus package, the conforming loan rates and limits, FHA, VA, Nehemiah and yada yada ya! It can be so confusing, especially once you inter-twine the media and press. What are the FHA limits?
