oakdale real estate agent: 55th Annual Oakdale Rodeo, night one

The realtors were out in force tonight for the annual rodeo kick-off mixer. Some had been partying since the 8 AM marketing meeting...a loooong day for anybody. Going out and meeting the people of my town was a great way to drum up new business. A lot of these people keep people at arms length most of the year, but the rodeo atmosphere really opens up the communication and comraderie gates.
