It's October, the weather is cooling down, and this is the time of year we start to see a lot more out of state license plates. Snow birds are arriving and the event schedules seem to be a little fuller. This weekend, there are no less than 5 food festivals and food events around the Phoenix area. Money Magazine just released their last list of Best Places to live and two Phoenix area towns made the top 50. Gilbert and Chandler, which are actually next to each other came in at 33 and 50 respectively. Gilbert was touted for it's healthcare base, low crime,and affordability, while Chandler was touted for it's cultural events, employment base and affordability. One can hear in many different places how low inventory levels have dropped and how it has affected the market.
